I guess we are knee-deep into the part of the year that gives us a reason to make New Years resolutions. Between Thanksgiving and New Years, Americans eat more food than during any other time. Obviously, this over-consumption leads to weight gain which in turn leads to guilt. Eventually, the new year comes and with a new beginning. This is usually the time that we all try to diet, use weight loss pills and diet. For some of us there will be a huge payoff resulting in a healthier life, for others it will be nothing more than a passing phase. However, the important thing to remember will be to keep on trying, never get discouraged and realize that through discipline all things are possible.

Years ago I first heard the term “cloud storage”. When it first appeared on the scene it seemed as if it would just be a flash in the pan buzz word. Fast forward 5 or so years and I now realize I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only is the cloud real, it is amazing. Now instead of having all of our files and information anchored to a desktop or semi-portable on a laptop or storage device, you can have complete access no matter where you happen to be.

I can now say that I have fully embraced cloud storage and so have you, even if you don’t realize it. Email, ITunes, and even your Amazon.com Kindle books all live in the cloud. They are all wonderful services, but they also bring an entirely new set of problems. The companies that run those services spend a great deal of time and money keeping their services apart from the others. Obviously that isn’t the best solution for someone who wants to seamlessly transition from file to file, meaning you should have your own solution.

In my opinion users should take it upon themselves to find an independent solution to keep their files. By securing your own cloud storage so you will be able to have business documents, personal files and entertainment. I took this step earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier. Now I have the ability to access all of my stuff no matter where I am, as long as I have internet access. I can also take solace in knowing my all of my files are safe because the provider I chose offers top notch security. The best part is, although cost was secondary to quality on my list of priorities zipcloud is also affordable. Now I am sure you will want to check out your own zipcloud reviews but here are some of the features they offer.

Here are some of the features zipcloud offers:

File Versioning

24/7 Tech Support

Multiple Device Sync Capability

Moneyback Anytime

100% Automated Backup Service

Unlimited Storage

14 Day Free Trial

Heavy Encryption Software

If you would like to read more about the services they offer you should click over to check out actual zipcloud reviews. That site offers not only a summary of services, but also comparisons of how they stack up to other cloud storage companies.

I am a bit of a watch aficionado. At the moment my collection consists of about a dozen time-pieces some expensive and others inexpensive but special to me. I don’t actively go out searching for new watches but I’ll pick one up if I happen across one that I like. One new watch that I just ran across are the new Luminox blackout watches. I love how these watches look and I really love the price of these blackout watches. The only reason why I haven’t purchased it already is because I don’t know if I’ll be getting one for Christmas or not. We always put a halt on gift buying this time of year so we don’t interfere with each others gift buying.

I have a friend that right now is going to school to be an event planner. What she wants to do is become a wedding planner since she is one of those overly-romantic types. I think she would be good at the job but told her she needs to assembling toolbox of sorts.

What I mean by that is she needs to start cataloging any tools that can help her in the future. Establishing contacts now with florists, dress shop owners and banquet halls will be extremely helpful for the future. You can use things like invitationbox.com wedding invitations and other online resources to do some of the heavy lifting, but when it comes to decisions that need to be made face to face its never too early to start making those connections.
