I was watching that television show cheaters the other day and they kept running the same commercial every break, Extenze. Although I have never thought of picking something like that up, it does get you thinking does extenze really work? If it does one would have to think they are onto a billion dollar product. Even people (like myself lol) with no need for the product probably wouldn’t mind spending a couple of dollars on such as product. As the commercial says, it could be fun.

I’m a Facebook Lurker

I was messing around a little bit on facebook. I’m not really an avid user but do log in occasionally just to see what everyone is doing. One of the things I have noticed is many of the people who I went to high school with look alot older than myself. While a number of my classmates are looking for a hair loss cure I get frustrated by how often I have to get mine cut. I also noticed that many of them have let themselves go physically. While I did get into a phase where I wasn’t all that physically active I never really let myself go. In fact, lately I have rededicated myself to getting into much better shape.

Temptation is Only Minutes Away

I was pretty bad this past week. I have been trying to eat at least a little bit better but “Five Guys” hamburgers were my undoing. It seems that someone thought it would be a good idea to plop a franchise about 10 minutes away from my home. Also, there is a hamburger joint that makes the best milkshakes in the world on the way home from “Five Guys”, which only compounds the problem. Since I doubt these eateries will move (even if I ask them extra nicely) I am thinking I should get on the ball with finding the best fat burner available.

A Tip on Reducing Expenses

I am a firm believer that you should re-evaluate your expenses every so often. If you are like me you go through cycles when you need some things but not others. I swap out cable channels, lawn services and other non-standard expenses seasonally. Additionally I do things like check auto insurance quotes regularly to see if I can save money there. A new wrinkle I have added to my routine is going through and seeing if I have accumulated anything that needs to go. When these things are found I ebay them. By taking these steps I often reduce my costs as well as “find” additional money.

Thinking Back to Being a Kid

It must be monsoon season because right now I am experiencing a torrential downpour. I’m just happy it isn’t cold enough to snow or we’d probably be looking at another three feet of snow. When I was young I used to love the rain but now I just find it annoying. To me its just another sad reminder about how much it sucks to grow up. As a kid the only thing you have to worry about is making sure you have on your slicker and rain boots. As an adult I have to worry about clogged gutters and french drains. I think I’ll make it my mission today to tell a random kid to not be in a hurry to grow up.
