Fantasy Football on Your Phone

Although Thursday was the actual start of the 2008 NFL season this Sunday is where the action really takes off. If you are a football fanatic (like I am) there is a chance that you may play fantasy football as well. Prior to this year getting on-the-go access to things like league news, player updates and of course your roster hasn’t been widespread. This season all of that changes as many of the major fantasy football providers are finally doing there part to help you stay connected to your league no matter where you may be.
Those with a Sprint phone can access exclusive content thanks to a partnership with the NFL.
Verizon customers that are Verizon VCAST VPAK subscribers can manage their ESPN fantasy football leagues directly from their phones.
CBS Sportsline fantasy football players can set their lineups by phone through the use of the Fantasy Football Companion which allows you to access your team by phone.
Starting this season Yahoo! has rolled out a free mobile version of its fantasy football service so you can get your game on no matter where you may be.
As you can see starting with the 2008 football season fantasy fanatics can truly stay connected 24 hours a day 7 days a week no matter where you are.
