At Least the Hedges Look Nice.
I woke up extra early today to see if I could get some outside work done before the rain started. The morning started out well enough I was raking leaves and was even able to give the front yard one last trimming. That is when Mother Nature decided to throw a monkey wrench into my plans. All of the sudden the sky opened up and ice cold rain started to fall. I quickly scrambled to get the lawn mower and weed-whacker back into the garage but I got soaked in the process. By the time I finished water was dripping from both my hat and work gloves and my boots felt as if they weighed 10 pounds each. The good news is the grass and hedges look nice.
