Dusting Off My Equipment

At this point I have a little bit over one month before I head away from all of this cold weather to the warmth of the Caribbean. I’ve dusted off the fitness equipment I have in the basement and I’m slowly getting back into shape. This weekend we are supposed to get a snowstorm which is going to dump over two feet of snow in the area, its needless to say that really sucks.
