I Need Results
I think over the last few weeks I have been eating better. I haven’t been doing the fast food thing and instead, I’ve been cooking. While I am not known for making the most nutritious meals they are better than the prepared meals you’ll find at most restaurants. The problem is I still haven’t seen any noticeable weight loss. While I didn’t expect to drop back down to the size I wore when I was in college. I would have thought I’d see some results by now.
