No Plows For My Neighborhood
Last week we had a really bad run of weather, four feet of snow in a matter of a few days. Basically, everything in the state came to a grinding halt. In fact things are still pretty bad around here. My street is too narrow for snowplows to get down so even today we are driving on sheets of packed down snow. My neighbor actually had someone hit his truck.
They were driving through the neighborhood and apparently hit a frozen tire depression which caused their rear end to fishtail. When the back end of their car fishtailed it sideswiped my neighbors vehicle. I’m not sure how much damage was done but it is a really nice automobile. Its one of those trucks that is tricked out with all of the truck accessories that you can imagine. Normally he parks in his driveway but he didn’t want to take the chance that he would get snowed in leading him to make a decision which instead resulted in him getting sideswiped.
