Shock to the System
I’m not sure if I can handle this weather change. I’ve been in cold weather all of my life. I grew up in Western Pennsylvania and now live in Delaware, so cold weather is nothing new to me. However, the older I get the more I get affected by the transition from late Summer to early Fall. This time of year its not uncommon to go to work in forty degree weather and come home in the seventies… makes it pretty hard to dress appropriately. Let me tell you, nothing gets you thinking about cheap cancun vacations faster than stepping barefoot out of bed onto hardwood floors on morning when the temperature dropped 30 degrees over night. Although I never see myself leaving the Northeast portion of the United States I really do need to find a job that doesn’t require getting out of bed a 5 am. everyday.
