The Recession Hits Home
it looks like the recessions claimed another victim, and my best friends just recently got laid off. So now it looks like he is to start an IT job search. It’s kind of strange you read about all the cutbacks and layoffs but it’s not really real until it happens to you or someone close to you. Well, I guess it is about as real as it gets to me now. luckily, for him he has a boatload of experience having worked for a major dot-com company for the last 10 years or so. Even still nothing is guaranteed with so much competition out there.
