Time Is Not On My Side

Wow, there really is a daunting amount of information out there about weight loss pills. It seems like I have been researching for days and still I am overwhelmed.  What we put into our bodies is something which can not be taken lightly so I’m not going to give up just yet.  I almost feel like using pills is cheating but honestly now that I am older there just isn’t enough time in the day to exercise and diet the way I would have ten years ago.  I’m sure I am not the only person who wants to maintain a healthy appearance but feels additional pressure do to time constraints and other committments.  How do you handle staying in shape in a world where we have less and less free time every day?
