UFC High Definition Pay Per View
My friends and I usually group up to watch the UFC. Instead of paying 50 dollars to get the pay per view it makes more sense for us all to group up and chip in a few bucks. We rotate from house to house so that way no one single persons household gets overly used. Recently, another guy we work with decided to join our little group and hosted his first party. The drinks were plentiful, the food was pretty decent but the broadcast was a little off. The guy has a pretty large HDTV but completely wasted the opportunity by not ordering the HD version of the pay per view. It kind of reminds me of the times when I see my girlfriend watching regular television instead of the HD broadcast. In my opinion its kind of like owning a Ferrari but never driving faster than 35 mph; such a waste.
