No Housing Crisis Here

The area of the city in which I live is suffering from a strange phenomenon, the housing prices are dropping. Recently I was speculating on why that may be the case. I’ve determined that the number one rule of real estate (location, location, location) is in effect. I live pretty close to the city yet my neighborhood would be considered “nice” which is a rarity around here. Also my area is populated by mostly older people who purchased their homes thirty or forty years ago. In other words there isn’t a whole lot of turn over around here and the residents who do live in the area are more interested in routine than turning a large profit. Personally, when I get to the age of most of my neighbors my biggest worry will be my motorhome warranty. However, if my neighbors want to keep their roots planted who am I to judge.
