Improving My Fitness
I’m in the process of looking for some exercise equipment. I don’t want to buy one of those bow-flexes or any free weights. I am mainly looking to improve my cardio and overall fitness rather than muscle building. I have all but eliminated treadmills from the discussion and am now trying to decide whether ellipticals or recumbent bikes are more my style. If anyone has any ideas on which is the best solution please feel free to voice your opinion.
