Look Before You Leap
This time of year you run into a lot of people soliciting for you to apply for a credit card. When you think about it, this time of year many of us have gift giving lists that don’t quite match up with our available funds. Being generous is a good think but over-extending yourself can be very bad. That is why it is more important than ever for you to be careful when applying for credit. Make sure you are certain of the terms of any card you apply for and always look for the fine print. I am not one of those people who think credit cards are evil. In fact, I think credit cards can be very good, but ignorance is always very bad. Before you enter any agreement make sure it is something you will be able to live with further down the road.
